Long time awaited debut. Revelation of polish scene, new musical energy - Zywiolak!
It's not very usual that audience is interested in the band long before the debut album is released. Zywiolak is unique in this respect. The same about their music. Their revealing and unconventional sound was appreciated not only by audience, but jury of few prestigous polish musical reviews (including "Mlode Wilki" and "Nowa Tradycja").
Since then Zywiolak has counted on huge fans support. Just under influence of huge group of this new style's enthusiasts, band started to record their songs to release it through Karrot Kommando. Working under such pressure is not easy so recording of the album took nearly two years. "Nowa Ex-Tradycja" is a new look into tradition, which seemed to be lost forever. That's a new look into prechristian tradition. Forget about boring folk, Zywiolak is showing new idea of how the folk music can be played by the new generation.
Recordings were made in Kings Tone in Warsaw. Album was mixed by Mateusz Skalski, who produced the album with leader of the band Robert Jaworski. Mastering was made by Tomasz Rogula from TR Studios and cover project by Jakub Sokolski.

During this years Reggae Dub Festival in Bielawa in August a new polish dub album will have its premiere. Fresh out of Karrot Kommando - the best polish reggae label - smooth yet heavy dub style; it is debut of a group called Ragana! Four players of the instruments create the musical space, where gaps in between are as important as sounds itself.

Finnish producer, Levykellari, due to the success of the Album bought the Finnish copy rights to Magnetofon, decided to fulfil the dreams of musicians and publish the Album on analog record - which goes in line with the character of the Album and fits well to the newest trends of pop music.
