Yellow Umbrella have a great new record.

Their fifth album features sixteen tracks and presents a wider spectrum than ever before. Not only mastermind Jens Strohschnieder wrote songs, the new band members Alex Buck and Bernard Lanis showed their songwriting skills as well. Traditional YU-style smashers such as Ma Belle, Allez Les Jaunes! and Germaican (feat. Dr. Ring-Ding) are joined by the heavy roots reggae songs New Time Warrior and The World Is Not Fair, relaxed rocksteady gems such as Wanderin' On and Since You?ve Been Gone; fine instrumentals (M) and the dubby The Lighthouse.

Recorded at Berlin?s K4 studio (Beatsteaks, SEEED), Little Planet shows that Yellow Umbrella have hit a new peak in style, sound and songwriting in 2007! You never heard the band so powerful before on a record!
